We want you to love every piece in your sanctuary. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@n1rvanashop.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Ship the package using the provided return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Incense sticks and essential oils (for safety and hygiene reasons)
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the return.
