Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
All items are carefully packaged with eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items like singing bowls and ceramic diffusers include extra protective padding.
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@n1rvanashop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
